How long will my conference recording be available?
120 days, or until you replace it with another recording. You cannot store multiple recordings in your account, but you can download your recording and store it digitally.
What formats are available to access my recording playback?
Your recording will be available for callers through a dedicated phone number and access code for 120 days, or until the recording is replaced with a new recording. If you would like to playback or archive your recording, it is available as an MP3 file.
How long will my conference recording account be valid?
You will need to renew every year . This helps us keep the network even and lets us ensure the best quality for all of our callers.
What are the costs involved in an All Free Conference call?
Only normal long distance charges by each caller's carrier might apply. If they have flat-rate calling plans, then even these charges might not be incurred. There will be no bill or charges from AllFreeConference.com for this service.
Is there a limit on how many calls I can make?
No. You may make as many calls as you desire anytime 24/7, and talk as long as you like on each call. You also can obtain an unlimited number of access codes! Sign-up again and again to give all of your employees or associates their own conference numbers too!
How many callers can be in a single conference?
The maximum is 150 callers. There is no required minimum number. Up to 600 per call upon request.
