AllFreeConference Operating Instructions

 Hosting an All Free Conference is as Easy as 1, 2, 3...

  1. Notify participants of date and time of the meeting (anytime you desire 24/7)
  2. Provide them with the dial-in number and access code that you receive when you sign-up for service
  3. Everyone simply dials in and follows the prompt

That's it!  You're all instantly on the phone together, up to 150 people on the same call!

Special Features

Conference Host Features:  Enter access code followed by *key to control your meeting with the following features... (host does NOT press # key, as it is only for your guests.  Host control features only activated by pressing * key after access code)

*2: Caller Count (tells how many callers on your call)

*3: Exit the conference call

*4: Plays menu of conference instructions

*5: Mutes all callers

*5 once: Mute all guests.  Guests can unmute by pressing *6 to be heard.

*5 second time: Mute all guests, and take away their ability to unmute.

*5 third time:  Unmute everyone and put conference in open conversation mode.

*6: Mute / Unmute

*7: Lock Conference  (Stops new callers from entering in middle of a call. *7 again unlocks)

*8: Entry / Exit Chime

*8 once: Entry / exit chims off

*8 second time: Entry chime off/ exit chime on

*8 third time: Entry chime on / exit chime off

*8 fourth time: Entry / exit chimes turned back on

*9: Record Conference

Press *9 to indicate that you want to record the call.  System will play music for the guests.  System will ask for "recording number" (provided when you sign-up).  Enter recording number and press #.  System will announce call is being recorded, and you'll return to the call to begin your teleconference.  At end of call press *9 to end recording.

Anyone can call in to listen to the recording by dialing the Playback Dial-In Number that you receive when you sign-up, entering the Access Code when prompted, and then entering the recording number that you designated. 

 Guest Features:  Access code followed by # key.  (Host hits * key)

*6: Mute / Unmute
