Recording and Playback Instructions

Recording and Playing Back Your Conference Calls is Easy!

1)  Call into teleconference as host by pressing * key after your access code (Do not press # key, as it is only for your guests).

2)  Press *9 to begin recording.

3)  Enter any recording number you desire, and press #.  (Write it down. You'll need it later).

4)  Press *9 to end recording when call is finished.

Anyone can listen to the recording by calling the Playback Dial-In Number that you'll receive via email with sign-up, entering the Access Code when prompted (also received with sign-up), and then entering the recording number that you designated when recording the call.

The recording remains on our system for 90 days.  Download it on MP3 if you want to keep longer.
